    Job Title

    Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU

    Location

    Fort Worth, TX

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct nursing care to NICU patients, including premature infants, in a high-acuity setting
    • Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes in clinical status
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians and support staff to deliver coordinated patient care
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
    • Adhere to all unit protocols and safety standards within a Level 2 Trauma facility
    Required Qualifications
    • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification required prior to start
    • BLS Certification required prior to start
    • Active driver's license must be submitted with application packet
    • Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • RNC (Registered Nurse Certified) specialty certification preferred
    • Prior experience in a NICU or high-acuity neonatal care environment
    • Experience caring for premature infants
