    Contract | 13 Weeks | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM with Weekend Rotation | Onsite | Travel Position (must reside more than 50 miles from facility)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Level 3 NICU setting, managing a caseload ranging from stable feeder/grower infants to critically ill neonates
    • Maintain patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:3 depending on patient acuity and unit needs
    • Participate in block scheduling and weekend rotation as required by unit staffing needs
    • Float to assist in other areas of the facility as needed; does not take primary assignments outside of the NICU
    • Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Indiana
    • Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience, specifically at Level 3 acuity
    • Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, and S.T.A.B.L.E. certifications required
    • Proficiency with Cerner EMR
    • Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing experience in a NICU setting
    • Comfort with floating to support adjacent clinical areas without taking a primary assignment
