Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in a NICU setting at Level II or above
- Attend high-risk deliveries and respond appropriately to complex neonatal needs
- Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill or premature newborns, implementing care plans as directed
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification required
- NRP Advanced certification required
- Minimum 1 year of current experience in high-risk delivery attendance in a Level II NICU or above
- Valid Driver's License required
- Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a Level III or Level IV NICU environment
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in neonatal care
