    Registered Nurse – NICU

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
    • Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns, adjusting care plans as needed
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
    • Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and compliance requirements throughout the assignment
    • Float to sister facilities nearby as required by the assignment
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
    • Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience required
    • Must be willing to commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
    • All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal
    • Must provide 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years
    • Background must be clear of Nursys or background check hits per facility policy
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing experience in a NICU setting
    • Familiarity with compliance modules and ability to complete pre-start onboarding requirements independently
