Provide direct nursing care to newborns and infants in a NICU setting
Maintain patient ratios of 1:2 in accordance with unit standards
Float between multiple campuses as assigned, with primary needs at select locations
Float to Pediatrics and PICU units as needed, with assignments limited to newborns and infants
Complete virtual orientation modules and participate in unit-based orientation shifts
Required Qualifications
Active Washington State RN license
Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
Current AHA BLS certification
Current NRP certification
Experience with 1:2 patient ratios
Two professional references covering at least 1 year of specialty experience within the last 3 years (at least one reference must be a supervisor or charge RN)
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with EPIC electronic health records charting
