    Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Level III/IV NICU setting, including care for patients with bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) with average lengths of stay of 2–3 years
    • Perform frequent trach care and engage in heavy parent involvement and family-centered care
    • Float to PICU, CV PICU, stepdown, and medical/surgical units as needed, with appropriate assignments provided in each area
    • Float to additional campuses as required, including other affiliated facilities in the region
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality neonatal care
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Ohio State RN License – must be in hand at time of submission
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
    • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
    • Minimum of 1 year of Level IV NICU experience
    • Minimum of 2 years of combined Level III/IV NICU experience
    • Must be willing and able to float to different units and campuses per facility expectations
    • 2 professional references required at time of submittal; at least one must be a manager or supervisor
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with BPD patient population and long-term NICU care
    • Comfort with trach care and working closely with families in a high-involvement care model
    • Prior experience floating across multiple specialty units or campuses
