Key Responsibilities

• Follow clear direction and defined procedures to provide support to Pediatricians, Neonatologists, and Registered Nurses in the NICU/LDRP setting
• Integrate education, technical competence, and patient interaction skills to execute safe and precise treatment under the supervision of a Charge Nurse
• Assist in the execution of care and procedures performed within the NICU/LDRP environment
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including timely completion of onboarding modules and documentation requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN License (must be verifiable via Nursys, uploaded within the last 2 weeks)
• AHA BLS Certification (must be AHA or ARC; valid expiration date required)
• NRP Certification
• S.T.A.B.L.E. Certification
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (local candidates may be considered at a local rate)
• 7-year work history verification required; candidates must provide accurate work history and supporting documentation as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience in a NICU or LDRP setting
