    Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM or 11:00 PM–11:30 AM — please indicate preferred shift when applying) | Expected 36 hours/week | Every other weekend | Every other holiday

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide in-house emergency nursing services to both full-term and premature infants in a Level II Nursery setting
    • Deliver complex medical and surgical nursing care to critically ill neonates and infants
    • Ensure competent, compassionate, and culturally sensitive care for patients and their families
    • Perform thorough patient assessments and maintain strong clinical and organizational skills throughout each shift
    • Accurately complete mathematical computations required for treatment protocols
    • Demonstrate charge nurse capabilities and proficiency with clinical computer systems
    Required Qualifications
    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
    • Minimum 2 years of NICU RN experience required
    • BLS certification required
    • ACLS certification required
    • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
    • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
    • Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will be placed at a local rate
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in a Level II or higher NICU environment
    • Prior charge nurse experience in a neonatal or critical care setting
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
