Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU Nights

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Travel | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | 8-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients in a Level II/Level III NICU setting
- Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and response to treatment throughout the night shift
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for neonatal patients
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Maintain BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications and apply competencies in critical neonatal care situations
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arkansas or compact state equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of Level II or Level III NICU experience
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-acuity Level III NICU environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems used in acute care settings
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills in fast-paced neonatal care environments
