Seasonal Contract RN – L3/L4 NICU (Night Shift)

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Level 3/Level 4 NICU setting with a patient ratio of 3–4 patients per RN
- Operate and monitor specialized NICU equipment including Medfusion pumps, Alaris pumps, Giraffe isolettes, and GE monitors
- Document patient care accurately using CPN and Meditech EMR systems
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team consisting primarily of RNs and unit clerks on the night shift
- Adhere to strict unit guidelines including dress code and infection control policies (navy scrubs required; no nail polish or artificial nails)
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience
- Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Current BLS certification
- No on-call requirements for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers will be considered but experienced travelers are given priority
- Friendly, outgoing, and compassionate bedside manner well-suited to a high-acuity neonatal environment
