    Job Title

    Seasonal Contract RN – L3/L4 NICU (Night Shift)

    Location

    Austin, TX

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Level 3/Level 4 NICU setting with a patient ratio of 3–4 patients per RN
    • Operate and monitor specialized NICU equipment including Medfusion pumps, Alaris pumps, Giraffe isolettes, and GE monitors
    • Document patient care accurately using CPN and Meditech EMR systems
    • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team consisting primarily of RNs and unit clerks on the night shift
    • Adhere to strict unit guidelines including dress code and infection control policies (navy scrubs required; no nail polish or artificial nails)
    Required Qualifications
    • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum of 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience
    • Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
    • Current BLS certification
    • No on-call requirements for this assignment
