Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in an intensive care setting
- Participate in an every-other-weekend schedule with the expectation of making up any missed shifts
- Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
- Participate in holiday rotation based on facility need
- Adhere to all facility health and safety policies, including nicotine-free requirements and mandatory flu vaccination
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
- Must pass drug screen and nicotine testing — no exceptions
- Flu vaccine required — no exceptions
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a NICU setting
- Flexibility and willingness to float to additional units as needed
