Job TitleTravel RN - NICU (Nights)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM) | Onsite | Every other weekend required
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a 51-bed Level III Neonatal ICU setting
- Manage patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4 depending on patient acuity
- Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge RNs and respiratory therapists on night shift
- Float to Pediatrics, PICU, or Mother Baby (babies only) as needed
- Adhere to unit dress code (navy blue scrubs) and all applicable unit guidelines and policies
Required Qualifications- Active RN license valid in North Carolina or compact state eligibility
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience; 2 or more years of Level III or higher NICU experience strongly preferred
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong clinical assessment skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- S.T.A.B.L.E. program certification preferred
- NIC-RNC (Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing Certification) preferred
- 2 or more years of Level III or higher NICU experience
