# Job Opportunity – NICU Rapid Response RN – Texas**Start Date:** September 14, 2026 **Location:** Dallas, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** 48 hours per week, 3 twelve-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays; 6-week assignment**Highlights:**
  • 108-bed Level III NICU with comprehensive neonatal intensive care capabilities
  • Manageable patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:4 based on acuity
  • Advanced respiratory support including nasal cannula, bubble CPAP, ventilators, and oscillators
  • Diverse case mix including surgical patients, cardiac patients, premature infants (27+ weeks), and tracheostomy care
  • Documentation systems: CPN and Meditech
  • Supportive team environment with RNs, LVNs, PCTs, and Nurse Externs
**Requirements:**
  • Current RN license in Texas or compact state license
  • Minimum 1 year Level III NICU experience required
  • Current BLS and NRP certifications (must be submitted with application)
  • Experience with premature infants (28 weeks gestation and above)
  • Proficiency in central line management and broviac care
  • Expertise in respiratory management including intubated patients
  • Ability to float to PICU, Pediatrics, or CICU as needed; care for patients up to 2 years of age
  • Availability to start within 5-7 days from offer acceptance
  • Royal blue scrubs required
