Schedule: 37.5 hours per week; every other weekend required; must work 1 of 2 or 2 of 3 holidays per unit needs

• NICU-based float pool position with floating to PICU, Pediatrics, and Newborn Nursery based on census and staffing needs

• EPIC charting system; patient ratios vary based on unit acuity, census, and staffing levels
• First-time travelers and local candidates welcome; facility may call off one shift per two weeks

Requirements:

• Active New Jersey or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1.5 years of documented NICU Level III and PICU experience in employment history
• Current certifications: BLS, NRP, and PALS
• EPIC charting experience required
• Proficiency in advanced neonatal skills including A-line management, central line/implanted line care, UAC/UVC, IV vasopressors, steroids, and surfactants
• Experience with dysrhythmia interpretation/management and ventilator management (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP)
• Competency in neonatal feedings, NG/NJ tube placement and management, and Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome care
• Ability to float between units without exception and accept appropriate patient assignments based on skill set
