Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Northern New Jersey

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 37.5 hours per week; every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) required; must work 1 of 2 or 2 of 3 holidays per unit needs; patient ratios vary based on acuity and staffing

Requirements:

  • Active New Jersey or Compact RN license required at time of submission
  • Minimum 1.5 years of documented NICU Level III and PICU experience
  • Current BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required
  • EPIC charting experience required
  • Clinical skills must include: A-line management, central line/implanted line care, UAC/UVC, IV vasopressors, steroids, surfactants, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, ventilator management (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP), and neonatal feeding management
  • Experience with Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome and care of neonates 24-28 weeks gestation
  • Flexibility to float between units with appropriate patient assignments based on skill set
