Schedule: 12-hour shifts with every other weekend requirement; holiday coverage required (1 of 2 or 2 of 3 holidays per unit needs); facility may call off 1 shift per 2-week period

- Float assignment across NICU Level III, Pediatric ICU, Pediatrics, and Newborn Nursery with appropriate patient assignments based on skill set

- EPIC charting system; comprehensive orientation and ongoing clinical education support
- Patient ratios vary based on unit assignment, acuity, census, and staffing levels

Requirements:
- Active New Jersey or Compact State RN license required at time of submission
- Minimum 1.5 years of recent documented experience in both NICU Level III and PICU settings
- Current BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required
- EPIC charting experience required
- Proficiency in arterial line management, central line/implanted line care, UAC/UVC management, IV vasopressor administration, steroids, and surfactants
- Experience with dysrhythmia interpretation/management and ventilator management (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP)
- Competency in multiple feeding methods (bottle, breast, gavage), NG/NJ tube placement and management, and Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome care
- Experience caring for neonates less than 24-28 weeks gestational age
- Flexibility to float between units without exception and adapt to varying patient assignments
