This role requires expertise in providing care in a special care nursery and involves rotating shifts. Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care- Provide care for underweight babies, premature births, and cardiac monitoring
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive neonatal care
- Monitor and document patient progress and respond to emergencies effectively
- Work rotating shifts to ensure constant care in the neonatal intensive care unit
Requirements of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care- Current MA RN license
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- Experience in special care nursery required
- Must have Epic experience
- Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months
