Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients in the NICU setting
Assume charge nurse responsibilities, including overseeing unit operations during the night shift
Supervise and support nursing staff, delegating assignments and ensuring quality care delivery
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans
Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
Required Qualifications
Active RN license valid in California (or compact eligibility)
NICU clinical experience required
Charge nurse or nursing leadership experience required
Current BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in a high-acuity or Level III/IV NICU environment
Strong communication and team leadership skills in a fast-paced setting
