**Job Description:**
Be part of an extraordinary healthcare team dedicated to providing exceptional care for our tiniest patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). As a Registered Nurse, you'll work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care and support for patients and their families.
**What You'll Do:**
- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to patient health and situations (Assessment)
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues (Diagnosis)
- Identify expected outcomes for individualized patient care plans
- Develop and implement a plan of care that prescribes strategies and alternatives
- Create a safe environment while promoting health and wellness
- Enhance nursing practice quality and effectiveness continuously
- Stay current with knowledge and competency that reflects best practices
- Evaluate your nursing practice against professional standards and regulations
- Collaborate with patients, families, and peers to improve nursing practice
- Integrate ethical considerations into your nursing practice
- Utilize research findings to enhance nursing care
- Provide leadership within the nursing setting and the profession
**What You Bring:**
- Valid Montana Licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program Provider certification
- STABLE certification
- Minimum one year of NICU, Labor & Delivery, ED, or Intensive Care experience

**Stroke Competency:**
- Comply with hospital protocols related to ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke care
- Participate in ongoing cerebrovascular disease education
