Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to NICU patients, including micro-preemies, at a 1:2 patient ratio
• Operate within a couplet care model; a dedicated Stork RN is present on each shift
• Manage patients requiring high frequency ventilation and advanced neonatal interventions
• Float among up to five designated hospital locations based on staffing needs, within your scope and skillset
• Complete orientation modules as required; modules are billable and tracked via transcripts

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - active New Jersey or Compact license required; Nursys verification must be dated within 2 weeks of submission
• Minimum 2-3 years of NICU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
• Level III NICU experience required
• Experience with micro-preemies and high frequency ventilation required
• BLS certification required (must not expire within 30 days of assignment start date)
• NRP certification required
• All licenses and certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission; pending credentials are not accepted
• Candidates must be willing to work every weekend; do not apply if unavailable for every weekend commitment
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are subject to the local pay rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers will be considered
