Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients in a NICU setting
- Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns, adjusting care plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and clinical protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and care delivered
Required Qualifications- Active RN license (or compact license eligibility in Massachusetts)
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
- Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience
- Current BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a high-acuity or Level III/IV NICU environment
- Familiarity with rotating shift schedules in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills in a team-based care environment
