Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting on night shift
- Maintain 1:1 patient coverage as needed; occasional house-wide floating for 1:1 coverage may occur but is rare
- May float to Pediatrics to cover hyperbilirubinemia readmissions, Failure to Thrive, and similar cases based on competence and comfortability
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility policies and clinical standards
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient NICU experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with hyperbilirubinemia management and Failure to Thrive cases
- Comfort and competence floating to Pediatrics when needed
