Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Level III NICU setting with a 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratio in a 31-bed unit
Utilize EPIC for computer charting and Pyxis for medication administration
May float to age-appropriate Pediatrics or PICU as needed
Adhere to mandatory orientation requirements: Mon-Fri during week 1 and Mon-Tue during week 2 (8-hour days); attendance is required for all 7 days of orientation
Follow facility dress code (Caribbean blue scrubs)
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Level III NICU experience
Current Indiana RN license
BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
