Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 31-bed Level III NICU setting with a 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratio
• Utilize EPIC for computer charting and Pyxis for medication administration
• May float to age-appropriate Pediatrics or PICU as needed
• Adhere to mandatory orientation requirements: Mon-Fri during week 1 and Mon-Tue during week 2 (8-hour days; attendance required for all 7 days)
• Follow facility dress code: Caribbean blue scrubs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Level III NICU experience
• Current Indiana RN license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard traveler rates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic health records and Pyxis medication dispensing systems
• Comfort floating to Pediatrics or PICU environments
