Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Level III NICU setting with a 31-bed unit and a 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratio
Utilize EPIC for computer charting and Pyxis for medication administration
May float to age-appropriate Pediatrics or PICU as needed
Attend mandatory orientation (Mon-Fri week 1 and Mon-Tue week 2, 8-hour days); attendance is required for all 7 days of orientation
Adhere to facility dress code requirements (Caribbean blue scrubs)
Required Qualifications
Current Indiana RN license required
BLS certification (American Heart Association only) required
