Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Level III NICU setting with a 31-bed unit at a 1:1 or 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Utilize EPIC for computer charting and Pyxis for medication administration
- Maintain mandatory attendance for all 7 days of orientation (Mon-Fri week 1, Mon-Tues week 2, 8-hour days)
- May float to age-appropriate Pediatrics or PICU as needed
- Adhere to facility dress code (Caribbean blue scrubs)
Required Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of Level III NICU experience
- Current Indiana RN license required
- BLS certification (American Heart Association only) required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard contract rates
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with EPIC electronic health records and Pyxis medication dispensing systems
- Comfort and experience floating to Pediatrics or PICU environments
