Job Opportunity – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) RN – Georgia

Start Date: September 14, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend required

Highlights:

  • Level IV/Surgical NICU experience treating complex neonatal cases including congenital diaphragmatic hernia, necrotizing enterocolitis, tracheoesophageal fistula, abdominal wall defects, and more
  • Opportunity to work with pre-operative, peri-operative, and post-operative neonatal patients
  • Collaborative environment with flexibility to float across departments and multiple campus locations
  • Work with a variety of diagnoses including meconium aspiration syndrome, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, and pulmonary hypertension
  • Nicotine-free facility promoting health and wellness
  • Flu vaccination required as part of infection prevention protocols

Requirements:

  • Active Georgia RN license or compact state licensure
  • Minimum 2 years of NICU nursing experience required
  • Level IV/Surgical NICU experience strongly preferred
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred
  • Willingness to float to other departments and cross-campus as needed
  • Compliance with nicotine testing and flu vaccination requirements
