TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified NICU RN in Dallas, Texas, 75235!

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) – Texas

Start Date: October 21, 2026

Location: Dallas, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Weekend requirements include Friday and Saturday. Must be available to work the facility's schedule without restrictions. Call coverage may be required.

Highlights:
  • Level III or Level IV NICU environment focused on high-acuity neonatal care
  • Hands-on experience with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) treatment, surfactant administration, and PICC line placement
  • EPIC electronic medical record system in use
  • Professional practice model supporting comprehensive nursing assessment, care planning, and evaluation
  • Collaborative healthcare team dedicated to preventing complications and ensuring safe patient transitions
  • Assignment based on 13-week contract commitment
Requirements:
  • Active Texas RN license or Compact RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years of current Level III or Level IV NICU experience required
  • EPIC electronic medical record experience required
  • Current AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
  • Demonstrated competency with HIE management, surfactant administration, and PICC line insertion
  • Flexibility to work facility schedule without restrictions
  • Complete skills checklist specific to NICU nursing
  • Two supervisory references from within the last year
