Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) – Texas

Location: Dallas, Texas

Schedule: Weekend shifts required (Friday and Saturday). Possible on-call responsibilities. Candidates must be available to work the facility's established schedule without restrictions.

• Engage in advanced NICU procedures including HIE management, surfactant administration, and PICC line insertion

Requirements:

• Active Texas RN license or Compact State RN license
• Minimum 2 years of current Level III or Level IV NICU experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Demonstrated proficiency in HIE management, surfactant administration, and PICC line procedures
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Two supervisory references from within the past year
• Discipline-specific NICU skills checklist
• Proof of taxable address documentation
• Full schedule flexibility with no restrictions
