The role requires weekend block night shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Candidates must have experience managing level IV and surgical NICU cases. Common diagnoses include congenital diaphragmatic hernia, meconium aspiration syndrome, necrotizing enterocolitis, tracheoesophageal fistula/esophageal atresia, abdominal wall defects, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, pulmonary hypertension, and pre/peri/post-operative care. The facility maintains a nicotine-free environment and mandates drug screening. Flu vaccination is required, with no allowances for religious or medical exemptions.
