# Job Opportunity – NICU Registered Nurse – Texas**Start Date:** September 15, 2026 **Location:** Dallas, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Three 12-hour shifts per week, rotating weekends and holidaysHighlights:
  • 108-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with comprehensive surgical and cardiac programs
  • Patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:4 depending on acuity
  • Advanced NICU technology including oscillators, ventilators, NIRS monitoring, Bubble CPAP, and isolettes
  • Supportive team environment with RNs, LVNs, PCTs, and Nurse Externs
  • Documentation systems: CPN and Meditech
  • Opportunities to care for complex surgical patients, cardiac cases, and premature infants as young as 27 weeks
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in Texas or compact state eligibility
  • Minimum 1 year Level III NICU experience required
  • BLS and NRP certifications required
  • Experience with premature infants (28 weeks gestation and above)
  • Proficiency in central line management and respiratory support for intubated patients
  • Preferred skills: surgical and cardiac patient care, tracheostomy management, care of infants with Broviacs, and experience with extremely premature infants
  • Royal blue scrubs required
  • Float capability to PICU, Pediatrics, and CICU for patients up to 2 years of age
