Job Opportunity – NICU Registered Nurse – Texas
Start Date: October 19, 2026
Location: West Texas

Schedule: 13-week assignment (longer contracts available upon request); self-scheduling with 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period; variable shifts; no on-call required; 12-hour orientation provided

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license (Compact license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
- Level III or Level IV NICU experience strongly preferred
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- Epic charting experience required
- Experience with patient ratios of 1:2–4
- Proficiency in advanced NICU skills including ventilator management, high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide administration, UAC/UVC management, therapeutic hypothermia, and care of surgical neonates
- Must be available to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
- Two professional references covering one year of experience within the last three years
