Travel Nurse RN - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit - $2,288 per week in Plano, TX

You'll utilize advanced clinical skills in respiratory management, surgical care, and micropremie stabilization while working alongside experienced colleagues in a state-of-the-art unit. Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse NICU – Texas

Start Date: September 14, 2026

Location: Plano, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule; no on-call required

Highlights:

• Level II-III NICU with 41 beds serving a high-acuity neonatal population
• Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:4 depending on acuity level
• Advanced equipment including HFOV, central lines, conventional ventilators, CPAP, NIPPV, and ostomy care
• EMR systems: CPN and Meditech
• Collaborative team environment with charge nurse and 9+ RNs per shift
• May float to nursery as needed; royal blue scrubs required

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Texas or compact state eligibility
• Level II-III NICU experience required
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Level III-IV NICU experience strongly preferred
• Experience with micropremie care, respiratory support, and surgical neonates (excluding cardiac and neurosurgical cases) preferred
