TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified NICU RN in Plano, Texas, 75023!

# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) – Texas**Start Date:** August 17, 2026 **Location:** Plano, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule; no on-call requiredHighlights:
  • 41-bed Level II-III NICU with comprehensive neonatal care capabilities
  • Patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, or occasionally 1:4 based on acuity
  • Advanced equipment including HFOV, conventional ventilators, CPAP, NIPPV, central lines, and ostomy care
  • EMR systems: CPN and Meditech
  • Care for surgical cases (excluding cardiac and neurosurgery), micropremie patients, and full respiratory support
  • May occasionally float to Nursery as needed
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in Texas (or ability to obtain)
  • Level II-III NICU experience required
  • Level III-IV NICU experience strongly preferred
  • BLS and NRP certifications required
  • Travel nursing experience preferred
  • Royal blue scrubs required
