**Job Description:**
- **Unit Information:**
- Number of Beds: 41
- Number of Staff: 60
- Staff Composition:
- Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 9+ RNs
- Night Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 9+ RNs
- Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4 (rare)
- Equipment:
- High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation (HFOV)
- Central Lines
- Conventional Vents
- Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP)
- Non-Invasive Positive Pressure Ventilation (NIPPV)
- Ostomy Care
- EMR: CPN and Meditech
- **Typical Hiring Profile:**

- **Must Have:**
- Level II-III NICU experience
- **Preferred:**
- Level III-IV NICU experience
- **Typical Procedures Performed:**
- Surgery (excluding heads/hearts)
- Respiratory Support
- MicroPremie Care

- BLS
