TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified NICU RN in Wichita, Kansas, 67214!

Job Opportunity – Travel Registered Nurse – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) – Kansas

Start Date: June 30, 2026

Location: Wichita, Kansas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts

Highlights:

  • Seasonal travel opportunity in an 84-bed Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
  • Patient ratios: 2:1 NICU, 3:1 Nursery Step-Down
  • EMR: Neonatal Notes Manager / Meditech
  • State-of-the-art equipment including Medela, Alaris, Ohmeda, Drager, and Philips/GE ECG monitors
  • Exposure to advanced procedures including whole body cooling, surgical cases, PDA ligations, high frequency ventilation, and chest tube management
  • Collaborative team of 160+ staff members including CNCs, RNs, Unit Secretaries, and Respiratory Therapists

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of current acute care NICU hospital experience (required)
  • Active Kansas RN license (required)
  • Current BLS and NRP certifications (required)
  • Level IV NICU experience (preferred)
  • Prior Meditech experience (preferred)
  • Experience traveling to large teaching facilities (preferred)
  • Proficiency with IV therapy, surgical case management (including NEC, PDA, CVC), and critical neonatal care procedures
