Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) – Colorado

Start Date: July 20, 2026

Location: Denver, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Patient ratio of 3:1 in a 42-bed Level III NICU.

Highlights:

  • Level III NICU with 42 beds serving critically ill neonates requiring advanced care
  • Patient ratio of 3:1 with strong team support including charge nurses and unit coordinators on every shift
  • Equipment experience includes incubators, NIPPV, high-flow and low-flow nasal cannula, PIVs, central lines, and gastric tubes
  • Electronic medical records system: Neonatal Notes Manager
  • Procedures include routine circumcisions and ROP exams
  • Travel nursing assignment with competitive compensation and benefits

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in Colorado or compact state eligibility
  • Minimum 1 year of current acute care NICU experience (required)
  • Level III NICU experience (required)
  • Current BLS and NRP certifications (required)
  • Pediatric experience (preferred)
  • Prior Meditech experience (preferred)
