# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) – Colorado**Start Date:** July 20, 2026 **Location:** Denver, Colorado **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM**Highlights:**
- Level IV NICU with 42 beds caring for the most complex neonatal patients
- Patient ratios of 2:1 or 1:1 depending on acuity
- Advanced technology including High Frequency Oscillating Ventilation, Jet Ventilation, Servo ventilation, therapeutic hypothermia (Arctic Sun), and more
- EMR systems: Neonatal Notes Manager and Meditech
- Collaborative team environment with approximately 100 staff members including CNCs, RNs, and unit coordinators
- Exposure to advanced procedures including intubation, central line placement, PIV insertion, and therapeutic hypothermia
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 1 year of current acute care Level IV NICU hospital experience required
- Current BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required
- Level IV NICU experience is essential
- PICU experience for floating purposes preferred
- Post-surgical neonatal care experience preferred
- Active Colorado RN license or ability to obtain
