**Exciting Opportunity for a NICU RN - Join Our Team!**
**Job Description:**
- **Position Title:** Backfill - Travel - RN - NICU (675)
- **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- **Unit Information:**
- **Bed Count:** 18 bed Level 2-3 Unit
- **Location:** Main Hospital, 3rd Floor
- **Staffing:** Director, Charge RN, 5-6 NICU RNs, Neonatologists, Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 for feeder/growers
- **What You’ll Do:**
- Provide exceptional care in a 24-hour Level 3 NICU for
- Babies born less than 32 weeks gestation
- Babies born with critical illnesses
- Engage with a multidisciplinary team including subspecialists, lactation consultants, and respiratory therapists
- **Equipment You’ll Use:**
- Heart Monitor, Oximeter, CT Scan, MRI, Endotracheal Tub, Ventilator, CPAP, Nitric, Jet Vent, IV Drips, Central Lines
- **Qualifications:**
- **Must Have:**
- Level 3 NICU Experience
- BLS, NRP, STABLE certifications
- **Preferred Skills:**
- NCC, RNC-LRN, C-NPT certifications
- Critical thinking, emotional stability, and excellent communication skills
- **Dress Code:**
- Scrub Color: Navy Blue
