Key Responsibilities of the NICU RN- Provide high-quality care in a Level III Neonatal ICU setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans
- Utilize neonatal equipment proficiently
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner EMR
Requirements of the NICU RN- NRP certification required
- Stable and NIC-RNC preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Level III or higher NICU environment
