Contract | Days | Onsite Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Level 3 NICU setting during day shift hours
Monitor, assess, and document the condition of critically ill neonatal patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Float to Pediatrics or PICU as needed based on unit staffing requirements
Float to an additional NICU location in the Carmel, IN area as needed
Utilize Sunrise Clinical Manager EHR for accurate and timely documentation
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or compact eligibility
Current BLS certification required
Ability and willingness to float to Peds/PICU and an additional NICU site as needed
Royal Blue Scrubs required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Minimum of 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience strongly preferred
Prior experience with Sunrise Clinical Manager EHR
Comfort working in a float capacity across pediatric and neonatal care settings
