TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified NICU RN in Indianapolis, Indiana, 46201!
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients in a Level 3 NICU setting
Monitor, assess, and document patient status using the Sunrise Clinical Manager EHR system
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Float to Pediatrics or PICU as needed based on unit staffing requirements
Float to an additional NICU location in the greater Indianapolis area as needed
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or compact eligibility
Current BLS certification
Ability to float to Peds/PICU and a secondary NICU site as operationally required
Must wear Royal Blue scrubs
Preferred Experience / Skills
Minimum of 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience strongly preferred
Prior experience with Sunrise Clinical Manager EHR
Familiarity with pediatric and PICU patient populations
