- **Team Size:** 120 dedicated staff members
- **Day Shift Staffing:** 18 RNs, 1 Charge RN, 2 RTs, and tech support
- **Night Shift Staffing:** 18 RNs, 1 Charge RN, 2 RTs
- **Patient Ratios:**
- 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4 ratios ensuring individualized care
- **Required Skills:**
- Must have at least 2 years of Level III or higher NICU experience
- NRP certification is required
- **Preferred Qualifications:**
- Additional certifications such as Stable and NIC-RNC are a plus
- **Equipment & Technology:**
- Utilize Cerner EMR for seamless documentation
- **Floating Areas:**
- Opportunities to float to Peds, PICU, and Mother Baby (babies only)
