Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to neonatal and nursery patients during overnight shifts
Monitor and assess the condition of newborns and critically ill neonates
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Prior NICU or Nursery nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in a Level II or Level III NICU setting
Familiarity with neonatal monitoring equipment and protocols
Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced neonatal care environment
