**Job Description:**
- **Position:** NICU RN
- **Contract Duration:** 13 Weeks
- **Shift:** 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- **On Call Requirement:** Yes
**Unit Information:**
- **Location:** St. David's Medical Center, Acute, 3rd Floor
- **Number of Beds:** 65
- **Staff Count:** 200+
**Team Structure:**
- **Day Shift:**
- 1 Charge Nurse
- 1 Team Leader
- 1 Transport Nurse
- RNs
- Respiratory Therapists
- Unit Assistants
- **Night Shift:** Same as above
**Patient Care:**
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:1 to 4:1
- **Type of Equipment:**
- Isolates
- Ventilators
- Feeding Pumps
- IV Pumps
- Breast Pumps
**Technology Used:**
- **EMR Systems:** Meditech and CPN
**Hiring Criteria:**
- **Must Have:**
- 2 years of NICU experience
- **Preferred Skills:**
- 2 years of Level 4 NICU experience
**Typical Procedures Performed on Unit:**
- Open to additional information
