**Job Description:**
- **Position:** BACKFILL - CONTRACT - RN - L3-L4 NICU
- **Duration:** 13 Weeks
- **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- **Unit:** Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
**Unit Highlights:**
- **Number of Beds:** 97
- **Staffing:** Approximately 200 dedicated professionals
- **Patient Ratios:** 3-4 patients per RN
- **Night Shift Team:** Primarily RNs plus 1 clerk
- **Day Shift Team:** Charge nurse, RNs, CNAs, and sitters
**Equipment & Technology:**
- Medfusion pumps
- Alaris IV pumps
- Giraffe incubators
- GE patient monitors
- EMR systems: CPN and Meditech
**Successful Candidates Will Have:**
- **Must Have:**
- Minimum 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience
- **Preferred:**
- Previous travel experience in nursing
