Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care- Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in the NICU
- Monitor and document patient's vital signs and progress
- Ensure safe administration of medications and treatments
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Educate and support families throughout the neonate's care
Requirements of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within NICU specialty
- Valid AHA BLS certification
- NRP certification
- Willingness to work 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday as specified
