This Level III NICU provides vital care to neonates with medical and surgical needs. Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care- Provide high-quality care to neonates with medical and surgical problems
- Utilize specialized equipment such as cardiac monitors and warmer beds
- Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure adherence to protocols in a Level III NICU environment
Requirements of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care- Minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty
- Current BLS certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
