Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3×12-Hour Shifts (19:00-07:30)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level II NICU setting
- Maintain a 1:2 patient ratio, delivering safe and effective care to each assigned patient
- Float to Baby Nurse role as needed based on unit demands
- Adhere to all compliance and onboarding requirements, including completing core items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
- Complete orientation modules onsite as part of the onboarding process
Required Qualifications- Active RN license - State or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
- BLS certification required
- NRP or NRP Advanced certification required
- All requested time off must be listed at time of submittal
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible - no local candidates
Preferred Experience / Skills- Minimum 2 years of NICU nursing experience preferred
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
