**Job Description:**
- Position: Backfill-Contract - RN - Newborn Nursery/NICU
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Call Requirements: On-call required
- Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience
- Level 4 NICU experience preferred
**Unit Profile:**
- Location: Acute Building, 3rd Floor
- Number of Beds: 65
- Staff Size: Over 200 dedicated professionals
- Night Shift Team:
- 1 Charge Nurse
- 1 Team Leader
- 1 Transport Nurse
- RNs, Respiratory Therapists, Unit Assistants
- Day Shift Team: Same as above
- Patient Ratios: Ranges from 1:1 to 4:1
- Equipment:
- Incubators
- Ventilators
- Feeding Pumps
- IV Pumps
- Breast Pumps
- EMR Systems: Meditech and CPN
- Permanent Positions Available: Yes, for night shift and weekend days
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- Must Have:
- 2 years of NICU experience
- Preferred:
- 2 years of Level 4 NICU experience

**Dress Code:**
- Scrub Color: Navy
- Acceptable Attire: Professional scrubs only
